Rel8 HR ships with its own attendance stack — GPS-geofenced punch-in from the mobile apps, smart beacon Bluetooth check-in and a web time clock — and can also ingest data from existing biometric devices and time-tracking tools such as E8 Workforce. Attendance flows straight into leave balances and payroll.
